  • Blower Door and Duct Leakage Testing

    • Pre‐drywall inspection to review possible air leaks 
    • Post drywall sealing process consisting of caulking and foaming all penetrations in drywall (recessed lights, bath fans, HVAC returns and registers, etc.) 
    • Pressurization at completion to confirm tightness of home (Code built homes range between 5‐6 ACH, we average 2.0 ACH) offering reduced energy bills

  • 24 Hour Jobsite Surveillance

    • Cellular camera on each site that provides a live feed  
    • Motion detection offers alerts to Schneider staff if someone is on site after hours 

  • 5/10 Home Warranty

    • First 5 years are bumper to bumper coverage

  • Comprehensive Sound Insulation and Mitigation

    • Sound insulation is installed in all interior walls and floors to eliminate disruptive noise 
    • Cast iron vertical waste drops are installed to horizontal waste lines are spray foamed to eliminate the sound of trickling water running through the walls
