Cloud Based Project Management System – Owner, trades, suppliers all have a personal login to have access to:

Superior Building Envelope 

  • Zip system plywood with taped seams provide wetsuit for the exterior 
  • Synthetic felt over taped roof plywood system offers double water protection 
  • All flashing edges are taped to ensure maximum protection 
  • All penetrations are taped or liquid flashed to seal building envelope 
  • All windows and doors are set in SillDry window and door pans

Encapsulated Crawl Spaces and Attics

  • Keeps equipment in conditioned spaces so they work more efficiently and last longer 
  • No more cold feet on the first floor       
  • Pressurization with dehumidifier helps eliminate the possibility of mold in the crawlspace 
  • Contributes to better indoor air quality 
  • Creates safe storage space for your belongings

Structural Mapping

  • Each home is scanned using Matterport technology prior to insulation to create a virtual tour of all structure and mechanicals
  • Enables trades to see what’s behind the walls during construction 
  • Offers the owner the ability to evaluate future remodeling 

System and Surface Protection 

  • All HVAC floor vents are either covered with a filtered vent cover or covered completely to assure duct system cleanliness 
  • All HVAC returns are double filtered with weekly monitoring to ensure ducts and equipment are kept clean during construction 
  • All finished interior surfaces (Hardwood, Tile, LVP, Countertops, etc.) are covered with Floortex protective coating during construction

Blower Door and Duct Leakage Testing 

  • Pre‐drywall inspection to review possible air leaks 
  • Post drywall sealing process consisting of caulking and foaming all penetrations in drywall (recessed lights, bath fans, HVAC returns and registers, etc.) 
  • Pressurization at completion to confirm tightness of home (Code built homes range between 5‐6 ACH, we average 2.5 ACH) offering reduced energy bills

24 Hour Jobsite Surveillance

  • Cellular camera on each site that provides a live feed 
  • Motion detection offers alerts to Schneider staff if someone is on site after hours 

5/10 Home Warranty 

  • First 5 years are bumper to bumper coverage 
  • Years 6‐10 cover the structure 
  • We are one of three companies in the country that offer this level of warranty 

Comprehensive Sound Insulation and Mitigation 

  • Sound insulation is installed in all interior walls and floors to eliminate disruptive noise 
  • Cast iron vertical waste drops are installed to horizontal waste lines are spray foamed to eliminate the sound of trickling water running through the walls 

Paint Specs

  • Upper level Benjamin Moore paint is used on all projects 
  • High‐Build primer preps walls and ceilings for a smoother finish 
  • Superior level paint has more solids (titanium dioxide) offering a better coverage and less fading

Conditioned Storage for Products and Belongings 

  • We offer offsite conditioned storage for our client's furniture and belongings.
  • Due to supply chain issues, products and fixtures are ordered early and stored to keep projects on track.

Our Trades Contractor of Choice 

  • Direct deposit payments are sent via ACH directly to their account for their convenience 
  • High level planning and communication keeps them efficient and profitable on our projects meaning we get preferred attention
